status: new
Verdict: Underpriced
- Asking $9,500 vs $14,978 adjusted market value from 11 comps (medium confidence).
- That is 37% under market, above your 10% target.
- Far below every comp: see the car, VIN and title in person before paying anything.
- Mileage 1,600 is 96% below the comps' median 38,518, which supports a higher price.
- Private seller: more room to negotiate, no dealer fees.
